FAQ's




  • How Do I Set Up A Tour?
Once you have selected a Charter or Tour, call our Toll Free number or fill out our form and we will be happy to help you get started. Any tour can be customized for your group. Group reservationists are available Monday-Friday, 9am to 5pm to assist.

  • What About A Deposit?
Initial deposit is due 30 days from booking. Additional payment requirements vary with each tour. Deposit requirements for Air Tours or Cruises may be higher.

  • When Is Final Payment Due?
For most tours, final payment is due 30 days prior to departure, along with a rooming list. Holiday packages, Air Tours and Cruises have specific requirements which will be explained in your contract.


  • How Do I Make A Payment?
Please make all payments by check or money order made payable to Senior Travel Service, P.O. Box 308, Cape May Court House, NJ 08210.

  • What About Cancellations?
Group cancellations of multi day tours are refunded up to 60 days prior to tour departure. Individual cancellations will be refunded up to 7 days prior to departure with a maximum of 5 refunds for the group. All refunds are subject to individual terms of your contract. We offer, and strongly recommend, travel insurance for Air Tours and Cruises. 

  • Are There Accommodations For Special Needs?
Yes. Please let us know your special needs in advance so that we may try to make any special provisions requested. 

  • What Are Group Leader Incentives?
We offer up to 2 complimentary packages with each tour, based on a minimum number of 40 paying passengers. 

  • How Can You Help Me Sell A Tour?
Senior Travel will provide you with custom flyers, including itinerary, with your name and telephone number for you to distribute. 

  • What About Small Groups?
Groups of at least 10 may join one of our regularly scheduled tours at a discounted price. Please Ask!
